After the clashes in Kebumen 21 Member Military Forces

A total of 21 members of the Army Research Center  examined  as a witness after a clash with villagers in Kebumen, Central Java (Central Java). They are now being handled by the POM Diponegoro military command.

"POM Diponegoro military command has been to investigate and examine the crime scene, as many as 21 people have been checked. They consist of 13 members of the TNI and 8 civilians," said Chief Information Kodam (Kapendam) IV Diponegoro, Lt. Col. Zaenal M when contacted by AFP on Monday (18 / 4 / 2011).

According to the 21 people still existed as a witness because there is deepening of the clashes. Deepening is also done to military members prior to the determination of appropriate disciplinary existing standard operating procedure.

"No military member who was convicted, all of them still stand. Investigation to date has been done," he added.

Clashes between the army with the villagers in Red Setro occurred on Saturday (16 / 4). The clash was due to problems of land disputes at the village boundary. As a result of this incident some residents suffered a gunshot wound.
